Both a manager and leader work with people, it is hard to say that one is more concerned with people than the other. Many times leadership is considered the same as management even though they are different processes. Leadership creates the vision, the motivation and the drive to encourage followers to jump on board and begin designing initiatives that will create change. Management implements these initiatives, maintains the stability and forward motion of the group and improves work ethics and promotes efficiency.
