The hardest thing about interviewing is not knowing in what direction you should take your answer. However, if you listen, your interviewer will guide you toward what they want to know and what is important to them. Sometimes our nerves and excitement have a way of distracting us, but pay attention to what the other person is saying and make sure to answer all questions fully.
