Being organized can save you from stress. Organizing all of your life activities whether you are in the office, on vacation, or within family and friends relationships will help you avoid stress. To get organized make sure that you know your priorities. From there be assertive to get what you need done, but flexible enough to compromise when things are not necessarily going as planned. Be realistic, set goals based on your abilities and do not over extend yourself. When need be, delegate responsibilities. This will save you from emerging stress and most importantly take planned breaks. Taking a break will enhance your stress resistance.
