Great leaders come in many forms. Leadership is a subjective, rather than object thing in that leadership is usually decided upon by a consensus of a group. Leadership means influencing team members to work hard towards larger group goals. Whether leadership is primarily task or people oriented they must be confident and have self control as well as disciplined. Leading by example is almost better than any words of wisdom you can share orally, so always be a role model because your charges will be watching everything you do.
