How many times have you made a “to-do list” only to be interrupted by some other pressing matter? An interruption is more than a delay in your to-do list because humans are built to be interrupted; we use it as a means to stay tuned to changes that are happening in the environment around us. However, getting back to tending to our other objectives is the difficult task. If there is something you need to get accomplished without interruption be sure you do everything in your power to limit the possibility of interruption by turning off your phone ringer, and controlling the urge to check your e-mail.
