In an ideal world, one would brush his/her teeth after every meal and floss at least once a day to prevent tooth decay and damage. However, sometimes because of our hectic lifestyles we can only do the next best thing which is to find a way to loosen up the bacteria that forms on your teeth. Chewing sugarless gum after you eat and using a tooth pick can help keep your teeth in good condition when a toothbrush is not accessible.
