3. Women listen- women are able to listen with their ears, eyes and instincts.

Women definitely have many qualities that make them good leaders and they have many qualities that men lack. Lack of ability and competence is certainly not the reason that men outnumber women as leaders in the business world. It is the reception that women leaders sometimes receive from other women and men that makes it difficult for a women in the work world.
