Dressing professionally in your place of work despite the urge to dress casually in tank top, flip flops, and shorts during these warmer months will help you project a motivated image to your boss and colleagues.

What can you do?

Stock your closet with the basics: black pants, collared shirts, a dark pant suit, and a classic pair of shoes and build your wardrobe from there. Be neat and clean, make sure your clothes are ironed, and in a clean stain free condition. Most importantly, look the part. Dress for your role, if you want to be successful dress successful.
