
Water is a fundamental part of out lives. It is easy to forget how completely we depend on it, even thought 50-75% of our bodies is comprised of water. Water has been known to:
- help tame hunger pangs after midnight
- ease back and other joint pain by drinking 8-10 glasses a day
- decrease daytime fatigue
- a 2% drop in body water can trigger trouble with math, difficulty focusing on a computer screen and fuzzy short-term memory.
- Drinking 5 glasses of water a day may also decrease the risks of a variety of cancers including colon, breast, and bladder.
