Benefits of Water

Water is a fundamental part of out lives. It is easy to forget how completely we depend on it, even thought 50-75% of our bodies is comprised of water. Water has been known to:
  1. help tame hunger pangs after midnight
  2. ease back and other joint pain by drinking 8-10 glasses a day
  3. decrease daytime fatigue
  4. a 2% drop in body water can trigger trouble with math, difficulty focusing on a computer screen and fuzzy short-term memory.
  5. Drinking 5 glasses of water a day may also decrease the risks of a variety of cancers including colon, breast, and bladder.
